Emerald Wellbeing offers therapeutic services including Occupational Therapy, Play Therapy, and the Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP), supporting children and families through evidence-based, neuroscience-informed approaches. We also provide Forest School-inspired sessions, children’s mindfulness groups, tailored support for home-educated families, and dedicated parent support sessions to help caregivers feel resourced, connected, and confident.

Emerald Earth Medicine invites you to reconnect with the wisdom of the land through shamanic healing, seasonal drumming circles, women’s gatherings, and nature-based ceremonies — supporting soul-led healing and community connection.

Woman's Circle: A gentle, grounding space for women to reconnect with themselves, each other, and the rhythms of the natural world.

Drumming and Journey Circle: Connect with rhythm, community, and the heartbeat of the land — no experience needed, just a willingness to show up.

Home-Ed Forest School: our weekly sessions for home-educated children offer nature-based learning, play, and connection — supporting curiosity, confidence, and co-regulation in the woods.

Teen Bush Craft Weekly sessions for older children focusing on bush craft skills.

The Forge - Mens CircleA transformative men’s circle where we come together to explore the balance of the divine masculine and feminine within ourselves and our world.

Other Services

We also offer 1:1 shamanic healing sessions, soul-led mentoring, and bespoke nature-based support. Throughout the year, we host seasonal celebrations, rituals, and workshops that honour the turning of the wheel, offering space for reflection, renewal, and reconnection with the land.
